Who We Are
We began operations as a retained executive search firm (www.2020-4.com) in 1994 as 20-20 Foresight Executive Search LLC. Our search business specializes in real estate, financial and consulting services industries. This search firm continues today as a thriving business with over eighty (80) clients nationally. In 2001, as an accommodation to our client base, 20-20 Foresight Executive Search started executive marketing/job finding and career coaching. This service was purposefully maintained at a low level (approximately 20 clients per year) and still exists on the 20-20 Foresight Executive Search web site.
In 2008, due to market conditions (rising unemployment in the industries we serve), demand from our existing clients and a genuine belief that we could do it better, we started 20-20 Foresight Executive Marketing & Job Finding. We believe the key to success in job finding is specialization and expertise in the industries we serve. We don't believe a "generalist" firm can properly service a client.
Our firm has a proven track record of successfully providing top-quality executive marketing and job finding programs for the "C" level, executive and middle management employees. Historically, our clients find new jobs in a median time of 3.2 months (compared with an average of five months as cited by The Wall Street Journal). Consistently over the years, 85% to 90% of our clients find equivalent or better jobs. One of the main reasons our success rate is so high is that we do not take everyone. You must be admitted into the program!
20-20 Foresight's senior consultants average 10 years of combined industry and marketing experience. Unlike many other firms, we take a serious, process-oriented approach to job finding. If you follow our proven process, we will place you in the appropriate position. In fact, most of our clients choose from several offers.
