  • Reconciliation of the skills and personality assessment with the evaluation of skills by the professional and 20-20 Foresight
  • Meeting to determine direction, strategy, and decisions made
  • 20-20 Foresight, primarily with the assistance of the professional, writes a detailed step-by-step action plan to get the search started
  • Resume revision and extensive interview coaching
  • Monitor the progress of the plan with the Professional and the company
  • Through the use of the 20-20 Foresight Job Finding Management System the professional emails and/or contacts the appropriate contacts in the 20-20 Job Finding database for real estate, financial, and professional service companies
  • Successful placement of the Professional.
  • Six month and yearly follow-up for continued success or to re-start the process

20-20 Forsight Seek & Search™ involves the following:


This plan is 20-20 Foresight Seek™ along with 20-20 Foresight's active participation in "searching" for the professionals next long-term or final destination. For example, with this plan 20-20 Foresight does the following:

  • Through the use of the 20-20 Foresight Job Finding Management System the professional and a 20-20 Job Finding consultant emails and/or contacts the appropriate contacts in the 20-20 Job Finding database for real estate, financial, and professional service companies
  • Helps the Professional work their network by making contacts (via email, telephone, introductions)
  • Helps the Professional work contacts outside of their known network by making contacts (via email, telephone, introductions)
  • In other words, we do 50% or more of the Professionals networking and contacting and basically act as their "Ambassador" for their next opportunity. We ease the sometimes awkwardness of asking for an appointment
